HOW DOES IT WORK?
Take a look at the 0845 numbers we have available 'Click here'. Choose which number(s) you are interested in, then 'Email us' with your contact details, or call us on 0845 644 7032.

95% of orders are set up within 48 hours.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A single, ONE-OFF payment of £60 for a standard number, with additional numbers at only £20 (prices exclude VAT). More for other, more memorable numbers (e.g. 0845 1234567). Unless you want to move the number within 30 days (£15 fee), there will NEVER BE ANY OTHER CHARGES!

WHY CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE 0845 NUMBER?
You can have as many as you like! - each extra 0845 number will only cost you another £20 (standard numbers only). Please get in touch with us if you need a large volume of numbers - we are always flexible with pricing.

WHAT ABOUT VOICEMAIL?
Included with your 0845 number is a FREE voicemail service - simply call our special local-rate voicemail number, enter the PIN number we will provide you and record a message, or see if any messages have been left for you. If you wish, when your line is engaged or is not answered after a certain number of rings (you tell us how many), we can have the call diverted to voicemail for you at that point.

CAN I HAVE THE 0845 POINT TO A MOBILE?
Unfortunately not at this time.

CAN I HAVE THE 0845 POINT TO A VOIP NUMBER?
Yes!

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
None whatsoever; the process is completely controlled via remote software. No hardware or site visits will be necessary.

WHAT ABOUT MY EXISTING NUMBERS?
No changes are made to your existing number; the 0845 number we provide simply 'points' to the landline number of your choice. Anyone calling your existing number will still be connected to you as normal (although they may pay more!).

WHAT ABOUT INCOMING CALL CHARGES?
Some companies charge you per minute for the calls you receive to an 0845 number. We do not make any charges of this kind at all.

DO YOU SELL ANY OTHER TYPES OF NUMBER?
We also provide 0800 numbers (or can offer you better rates than you might currently be receiving), 0871 numbers, 070 numbers and premium rate 090 numbers. Please contact us for further details.
